- If you think you have lost a book borrowed from the Medical Library please contact us as soon as possible: library@medschl.cam.ac.uk or (01223) 336750
- The book will be renewed once whilst you look for the item(s), checking work, college, home etc. If you find the lost item please notify Medical Library staff immediately.
Any fines accrued must be paid. - Library staff will also check the Medical Library for a 4 week period (the duration of a loan) and notify you if the book is found.

Please note a replacement copy must be a new copy or a second-hand copy in excellent condition, e.g. intact, no markings, no loose, torn or missing pages or covers and the binding good.
The Medical Library reserves the right to decline a replacement copy if it is deemed unsuitable and to charge for the replacement cost instead.
A £10.00 administration fee will be applied.
If we received a replacement copy from you and you subsequently find the missing library copy you can keep that copy. No form of refund will be provided in this instance. - Please note you can pay in cash or by cheque made payable to The University of Cambridge Medical Library.
