If you’re working for the NHS, or are a student on placement (full eligibility criteria) then having an NHS ATHENS login will enable you to access a wealth of electronic resources from wherever you’re logged in. Access e-journals, e-books, databases including Medline, CINAHL, PsycINFO and Embase – all available with ATHENS login. Register from an NHS networked computer, and the registration will be completed with a short time. Register from a non-NHS computer and the process will take c.5-10 days to complete.
